Client Testimonials
Forest have a well-earned reputation for quality and professionalism, and it extends through their entire supply chain. Working alongside them has allowed us to develop new capabilities and grow in ways that wouldn’t have been possible without such a strong, supportive partnership.”
Forest facilitate an excellent national warranty service network within strict response and financial constraints for Gram UK and our distributor network which continues to adapt and grow for the support of our end user customer base.
Forest have built an excellent reputation for service with significant national clients. This service needs a strong supply chain and Climate Center is proud to be associated with Forest. Their supply chain approach is built heavily on partnering and we value that long term view, which allows both parties the stability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in both planned and reactive materials fulfilment.
All representatives of the Forest group of companies, are indeed an important ‘service sector’ part of our supply contracts with major national companies & chains. The ‘ever present’ professional support that ‘Hubbard Ice Systems (Scotsman Ice Systems)’ receives from the Forest on a regular basis, is extremely hard to match. We are extremely happy to have an association with all of the service team at Forest.
Forest have been working with Edge DPM since 2016, supporting us in the refrigeration and air conditioning market place. During the difficult times of COVID-19 they have been impeccable in looking after one of our major care home clients. Working effectively and adhering to all the new working procedures they have continued to supply us with the service we require and manage on behalf of our clients. We look forward to many years of continuing our working relationship and growing our business with their support and expertise. Finding a national company that provides this level of service was important to us and Forest have never let us down.
Forest have been supporting Mitchells and Butlers for a number of decades. They took on our Scottish region and their usual standard of response and quality of service were, as always, best in class. Their team never fails to go above and beyond. Winning our Refrigeration Contractor or the Year award 2 years in a row and being multi award winners for 2019 is thoroughly deserved and a further demonstration of the highest level of commitment to Customer service.
Just a brief note to express our sincere thanks for your collective hard work and effort to support us since re-opening. It’s been a real challenge that you have more than risen to. You have provided exceptional support and service at every turn. Great service is provided by the greatest people who have Passion and Pride in all that they do. This is clearly deeply embedded in your DNA! You have made such a difference to us all and I cannot thank you enough for all you have done.
“High Quality installation and service delivered on time and on budget”
Throughout the project, we needed to continue to operate effectively placing significant restrictions on access times, noise and dust levels. The care and attention to detail shown by Forest ensured that whilst the work was significant, there was very little impact on our ability to continue to service our valued Patients.
I would not hesitate to recommend Forest, their response to my enquiry was very fast and the advice they provided delivered a high quality installation that exceeded my expectations.

Having worked with Forest for over 20 years, we can honestly say they’ve earned their reputation. The depth of knowledge across their team is incredible. There’s rarely a situation they haven’t seen before, and that experience shows in how smoothly everything runs. It’s the kind of dependable expertise that’s hard to replace, which is why they’ve remained one of our most trusted partners
